Direct
Private sessions, and a direct line between them. No room where you wait your turn to talk about your business.
The firm
Norvell Operations Group is one-to-one coaching from an operator who has built and sold. Not a course. Not a group call. Not a content library with office hours.
The work
Members come in at different stages. Some have an idea and no revenue. Some have a company that only works if they are in every seat. Some are building toward a sale. The starting point changes. The standard does not: a clear offer, a way to sell it, and systems that keep running when you step back.
The calendar is short on purpose. We decline most applications, because a person who will not do the work spends time and attention the room cannot spare. If the calendar is full, the application waits.
How we practice
01
Private sessions, and a direct line between them. No room where you wait your turn to talk about your business.
02
The person on the call has built and sold. The advice comes from operating companies, not from a curriculum someone else wrote.
03
The point is a company that does not need you in every seat, with AI where it actually saves time and money, and left alone where it doesn't.

Every member works with the founder directly
Every member works with the founder directly.
The founder
The practice is led by the founder, who is still an operator. One company is a SaaS business at $1 million a month, built from zero. The other was a social media and marketing company, built and sold in a $15 million exit.
Members do not get a junior coach. They work with the person who did that work: research, an offer people will pay for, a sales conversation, and the systems that take the founder out of the inbox.
Coaching shortens the path. It does not do the work, and it does not promise a revenue number. If we accept you, we take a 10% stake in the first business you build with us. We rise with that company, which is why we are careful about who we take. If you want a shortcut, this is the wrong firm. If you will build, apply.
