Integrity
We say the true thing. If the offer is weak, the numbers do not hold, or you are the constraint, that is what you hear. We do not soften a bad month to keep the relationship comfortable.
The team
We have worked with clients for more than two years. The photograph is the room: a small group, together because the work held up.
Who is in the room
Norvell is still a private practice. Members work with the founder directly. There is no bench of junior coaches, and nobody gets handed off once the application is accepted. The photograph is the other side of that standard. A small group, not a staff lineup, together because the work earned it.
Two years is not a long time in a company's life. It is long enough to see who stays. The people who last are the ones who can hear a hard truth and then do the unglamorous week that follows it. That is the team we keep.

How we operate
01
We say the true thing. If the offer is weak, the numbers do not hold, or you are the constraint, that is what you hear. We do not soften a bad month to keep the relationship comfortable.
02
The work that moves a company is repetitive. Follow-up, the books, the thing you said you would do this week. We keep that standard ourselves, and we expect it in the room.
03
A quiet month is not the market's fault by default. If it sits inside the business, we face it with you. No blaming the algorithm, the team, or the calendar.
04
Feedback is plain. No performance, and no jargon standing in for a hard point. You should leave a session knowing exactly what to do next.
