The point
Free of the environment.
Most people are leased to their surroundings. A salary decides the city. One customer decides the month. A chaotic home decides whether they can think. They call that normal. It is dependence.
Norvell exists to end that. We teach the business, from the first offer to a company that runs, and we work on the person who has to carry it. The aim is the same on both sides: you set the rules. Your time, your standard, your next move. When the surroundings change, the life still holds.
The room
A network of killers.
We want to see people succeed. Not as a line on a page. As operators who actually get free, and then stay in the game long enough to help the next one.
So the mission is also a network. Killers, in the only sense that belongs here: people who know how to play the game. They can sell. They can build. They do the dull work when motivation is gone, and they do not ask the environment for permission. Put them in one room and they make each other sharper. Put the wrong person in and the standard drops for everyone.
That is why we decline most applications. The network only works if the people in it can play.
