What you can send us

If you use the contact form or the application, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, the stage of your business, and whatever you write in the message. Do not send sensitive personal information, account numbers, or passwords.

How this site treats forms

The forms on this version of the site confirm on the page. They do not transmit your answers to a server, and we do not store them. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the form starts sending anything.

If you email or call us directly, we use what you send only to reply, to schedule, and to decide whether a strategy call is a fit. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and fonts

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a tracker. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. That request can include your IP address, under Google's own terms.

Retention and requests

Anything you send by email is kept only as long as we need it to respond or to administer an engagement, then deleted or archived with the rest of the firm's correspondence. To ask about a message you sent, write to info@norvelloperations.com.
